The Metropolitan Costume Institute Gala is one of our favorite red carpet events to get our glam fashion fix, not only because it brings out the most eccentric styles but because it celebrates the arts and the fashion world. This is where celebrities can take fashion risks and add a little more drama. The event was not lacking in ‘Wow!!’ moments, good and bad. These are our favorite looks of the night. Overall we agree that Renee Zellweger in Pucci was our favorite. Her classic black dress was flawless. There was an abundance of metallic gowns, feathers accents, over-sized trains and vampy lips. Wine colored lips are hard to pull off but we thought Kate Bosworth did it quite nicely in her ombre bordeaux and navy ostrich feather Prada gown. Stunning!!! She didn’t play it safe and that is why we love the Met Gala!! Hope you all enjoyed it as much as we did! K&A
